Though I still think they should bring another Patch to solve this. Though I think that the developers just didn't think too much about this. For example: KharjoJ'zargoMadesiWujeetaBeleval and Faendaljust to name a few, would have been good possible spouses.
I know Skyrim has a large Nord population but there are several non-Nord characters who could have been possible spouses. The way Khajiit are not aloud into cities that could effect the reason they chose not to let Khajiit be married. I believe this is because of the racial issues. The closest thing you can get to marriage-wise is an Argonian.
This also affects adoptions, as there are only humanoid children available. Simply put, I don't think the developers came across this problem when they were rushing to complete this section of the game. I have a khajiit character who, because of this, will never be married. This annoyed me so I fixed it and I've decided to share that fix. Can one mix and match them? Does it work with the default body as well? Two more mods for you, one called Khajiit Speak that changes all the PC dialogue in the game to be from a khajiit perspective. I dont exactly know what they stand for lol but theese are two naked female body mods, UNP is better imo because its more natural and elegant, CBBE is bit weird, unless you like women with pound breasts lol.
